  3. In a large bowl, add the grated carrot, apple, spinach, sunflower seeds, and cooled broccoli.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh orange juice, lemon juice, tamari, maple syrup, miso, salt, and pepper, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
