Hummus is such a popular, versatile dip that I love. Hummus dates all the way back to the 13th century in Egypt and is still commonly eaten today throughout the Middle East, and beyond. Hummus is easy to find in any grocery store, but the stuff you buy in the store is full of preservatives and other ingredients you can’t pronounce. It also doesn’t have that delicious creamy texture you want, and people don’t know how to make hummus so they don’t know what they’re missing with the homemade stuff. This recipe makes it easy and will make you want to keep making it again and again at home.
